Cheyenne Village has 30 apartments which are comprised of  2 and 3 bedrooms units. Families must meet income guidelines and pass a background and credit check before being determined to be eligible for the program.  Once approved, the rent is 30% of the household income and tenants must pay all utilities.

There is currently a waiting list. Applications can be picked up at our office at 411 E Santa Fe, Ellinwood. You can also call our office at 620-564-2818 to have one mailed to you.

Units are unfurnished with stove and refrigerator provided.  Washer and dryer hookups are available.
